When the first page should look different from the rest

Automio users have always found creative ways to lay out the First Page of documents using a variety of features.

Using Theme settings, Cover Pages can lay out very differently from the rest of the document, with unique settings for Page Numbering, Margins, Colours, and Reserved Space for Heater and Footer.

It all starts with flipping the switch "Use Different Settings for First Page", which reveals a bunch of stuff:

These are all feel familiar with the exception of a couple: Background Image and "Header from Top" and "Footer from Bottom".

IMPORTANT: In addition to these Theme settings, you must use a Page Break in the Flow itself to let Word know to apply the Margins for the rest of the document.
