Did you know that you can add a theme to your interview?

An Interview Theme personalises the interview so that your firm's branding or theme are recognisable to your clients when they go through the interview.

Here's how you do it:

Find Your Colour

You want the colour to exactly match your firm's colours so you'll need to know the Hex colour that you want to use. If you don't know the Nex colour, you can use online colour picker, or a Chrome extension like ColorPick. In this example, I'm using the Goocle Chrome, ColorPick.

Once you have installed a colour picker, click on it and drag your cursor over to the colour you want to use in your Interview Theme. The colour picker will recognise the colour and show the colour's hex code, it will look like this:

You need the Hex code so either note it down or copy it to your clipboard.

Create the Interview Theme

Now head over to the Automio website and go to "Themes". You will find it on the left hand side of the screen, when you have clicked "Settings":

After clicking "Themes" you can click on:

Drop in your colour code here:

If your firm has a secondary colour for branding, repeat the above process to add in the secondary colour. If you only have one colour then use that colour as your primary and secondary colour.

Once you have added the colour codes you will need to apply your Interview Theme to your Bots.

Add the Theme to your Bot

Go back to your Dashboard and choose a Bot that you want to add the Interview Theme to. Go to the Publishing tab and click on the arrow here:

When you click on the arrow you will see all of the Interview Themes that you have created. Click on the Interview Theme you want to add to the Bot.

Your primary colour will feature on the Previous and Next buttons in the Interview. Your secondary colour will feature between Interview questions if there is a delay in loading (due to internet speed) as a spinning wheel.

It is important to note that these themes will only show when you access your interview from an embed link or from your Automio storefront. When you're testing within Automio, the the will remain as Automio's orange and our set font.
