You can phone or email our Customer Success team during business hours, and we have Intercom available which is the name of our online chat so if you have any issues the best way to contact us during work hours is on the online chat – you’ll see it at the bottom right of the site.  We will be having weekly live online training sessions on authoring and also how to use the marketplace once that launches.  You can submit questions before the training sessions so we can demo specific things for you.  We’ll be in contact regularly with everyone who signs up to the pre-launch offer to get as much feedback as possible.  We also have our private facebook users group where customers can ask questions as well as help each other – we want to create a vibrant community of authors and users.
